Good times...

Here is Willow meeting Aunt Cindy for the first time...

Rylie and Jaden have discovered a chore they enjoy doing...together...carrying the poop bag to the garbage. SO GREAT!!!

Jaden is VERY intested in potty time...but a bit early to actually learn. Here she is so excited about her froggy potty.

The past week or so...

Chad built an elliptical machine, we took Willow to her first CU football game, Jordan Winder came for a visit, the girls all had a picnic and a splashin the Boulder Creek, and our first (of many) visits to the pumpkin patch!

Butterflies

Jaden has been interested and excited about bugs lately...so Willow, J and I, spent a few hours at the Butterfly Pavilion. We met Rosie the tranchula, saw HUGE cockraoches, etc, touched a few star fish, had story time about bugs, and of course walked through the butterfly garden where we got "buzzed" by many butterflies! It was special to have that time just with J (and sleeping Willow).

Berry picking

Rylie and I did a first together yesterday...we picked berries from the vine. Delicious, educational, and fun! We road a tractor out to the fields, met the family farm pig, climbed on a tractor, and picked a few boxes of berries...and ate a few along the way. Berry Patch Farms was a hit!

Loving on Willow

Willow still is our sleeping Willow...but she does have a few more wake times now that she is 8 weeks! Time has flown. Oh how we love this little wonder. She even had dinner with us, at the table for the first time tonight...

Go CU!

The start of football season is upon us. Seeing that we live in a super fun football town, we enjoyed the "Buffalo Stampede" parade tonight. Daddy was the most excited of us all. However we all had a jolly time. Rylie sang the Fight Song mulitple times with the band, Jaden LOVED her golden football, and Willow...well she just slept through it all!

Agriculture Day...

We got a new tree today...
Rylie helped plant and water it...
"I do not see any crabs!" Rylie excalims as she looks at our new Prairy Rose Crab-Apple tree. "There are no roses, crabs, or apples on this tree," Mom explains. It made me wonder why it has such a name, too.

We then took a trip to our local farm...and chose some fresh veggies and got to cut our own flowers! What an adventure.

We love our Nanna!

When Nanna comes to town, we get spoiled with lots of singing and dancing...here is a sneak peak at the action...

Labor Day in the Rockies...

We headed to the mountains for a day o' fun this past weekend. We enjoyed being together in the great outdoors. Love it.

J got the giggles in the car. We always said the fun was in the journey...

We played at the lake and explored the Stanley hotel...

We rented a bike that could fit all 5 of us!!! Weeeeee!

Rylie enjoyed her first bumper car ride...where we fibbed about her age, and where she could hardly reach the controls. So funny, so funny!! She loved every bump, and wanted to do the bumper boats next! Ha.
