A walk in the park...

Here we are taking Rylie for a walk in the foothills of Boulder, with Aunt Cyndi, Uncle Luke and cousin Mariah. A beautiful Colorado day...on Easter!

Easter 08!

Our first Easter as a family. We can't wait until she is old enough for easter eggs hunts, baskets, and the easter bunny...and Jesus too of course!!



It is incredible to see little Taite as the big cousin now. She is so caring. We love this picture of her...with the Flete/Potter "twins." They pretty much slept through all the excitement!

March Madness Men...

March Madness was in Denver...so Jennie's dear friends from college came out to be a part of the craze with Chad. What a fun weekend it was to see Matt, Monson, Dave and Chad all together...without the wives around.


A very sweet part of the weekend was seeing Matt and Monson embrace and love on little Ryl's. They held her, fed her a bottle, and at one time, it was 4 men and a baby as Jennie went out for a bike ride. So great...



Thank you guys for coming out...we LOVED having you around. Please come again!

Swiming lessons...

Now this was a fun night...Rylie in the big tub! We are looking forward to time in the pool this summer, so need to get Rylie ready! Here is her first "swim lesson." She floats like a cork! She loved it so much she almost fell asleep in the water. (I guess we've got to work on that!)

We are family!

We had so much fun, introducing Rylie to Uncle Brian and Aunt Cindy this past weekend. We went on walks, played games, ate lots of food...but above all we hung out with little Ryl's. Their love for her is the greatest thing. It was truly hard to see them leave...but it helps knowing we will see them at least three more times before this year is out! Can't wait.

Priceless moments...

We LOVE to nap with Rylie. Here she is with mom, crashed on the couch. She even has been caught snoring. (Rylie that is!)

Chad feeds Rylie her dinner each night, which is such an adorable sight. This is her first bottle, two weeks ago.

Snow bunny

Rylie and mom love to walk each day, even when it is snowy-cold outside. So, here is our little snow bunny one morning...sporting a knitted hat from Sally, a student in University Minsitries.



This is often what happens with hats on Ryl's, it is rather a funny sight in person...she our little homey!

Cousins

The title says it all. What a total blast to live so close to cousins! Chad, Rylie and I brought dinner to cousins Taite and Colin's house this weekend. A first of many nights together!



It was on this night that we realized how much Rylie has grown...only two weeks apart from Colin...she seemed so big already! She is growing up so fast!
